Ever since the cooler weather finally stuck around in Los Angeles; I’ve happened upon some great apple-based cocktails around town. I figured I may as well mi up with my own version! I partnered with Jim Beam to develop this delicious cocktail, perfect for any holiday party! I know I’ll be serving this up at a party or two this year!
- 4 parts hard cider
- 2 parts Jim Beam Apple
- 2 TBSP orange marmalade
- 2 parts water
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- apple and more rosemary for garnish
Measure out all ingredients into a small pot, then put over medium heat. Stir until mixed and warmed through thoroughly. Pour into desired glass, add sprig of rosemary and apple for garnish.
