VUE Grille & Bar — a foodie destination in Palm Springs

This post is sponsored by Vue Grille & Bar but all of the opinions are my own.

As if I needed another reason to convince me to take a trip to the Palm Springs area — from some of the best thrifting around, to the gorgeous views, to all of the stunning architecture and vibrant history, and don’t even get me started with the food and beverage scene — really I didn’t need anymore convincing! When I caught word of the newly redesigned VUE Grille and Bar, I was even more convinced it was time for me to take a much needed trip down to the Coachella Valley.

What do you look for in a restaurant? My priorities: friendly service, delicious thoughtfully prepared food, well-rounded wine and beer selection, craft cocktails & of course the right ambiance! VUE checks all of those boxes!

It’s a great spot to eat for any occasion — bringing the fine dining experience together with exquisite food in a gastrolounge atmosphere — complete with plenty of indoor seating and multiple outdoor terraces looking out on the Indian Wells Golf Course on one side and mountains on the other.

Whether you’re staying at one of the four nearby luxury hotels in Indian Wells or on property at the Indian Wells Golf Resort, VUE is a wonderful place to book during your visit. The Resort is also perfect for weddings, golfing, group trips or weekend getaways!

Bonus for golfers: If you or one of your travel buddies likes golfing — they host Night Golf Thursday – Saturday.

VUE is the perfect place for lunch, dinner & Sunday Brunch. Peruse the menus here. We decided to check out their lunch because, if you know me, you know if I see a Fried Chicken Sandwich on a menu — I have to have it! My friend ordered the Ahi Tuna Sandwich & we shared the Tableside Cobb — which you can ask for half of + a glass of the house wine for the price of the full salad. The person who made the menu definitely understands me!

I obviously ordered their take on an Old Fashioned, the New Fashioned & my friend got a French 75 — since she is a fan of champagne, it was the perfect cocktail for her. We rounded out our meal with a little browse over the dessert menu — decided on the Creme Brûlée and the Apple Cobbler a la mode. Definitely DO NOT skip dessert — thankfully my dessert stomach is always ready!

Whether you have plans to visit the Palm Springs area or you’ve been thinking of planning a little getaway, I hope I’ve convinced you to check out VUE and pamper yourself for a weekend or even a mid-week getaway!

Happy Travels,

Corey, Miss Foodie Problems
